WARNING: OFF-ROAD AND CUSTOM PARTS – USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

By purchasing, installing, or using any product manufactured or sold by Forged Racing, including but not limited to performance parts, accessories, brake components, and electrical systems, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk

Motorsports and related activities are inherently dangerous. The installation and use of aftermarket or performance parts may increase the risk of injury, property damage, or death. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the purchase, installation, and use of Forged Racing products.

Installation and Use

Forged Racing products are intended for off-road use only and may not comply with local, state, or federal laws. It is your responsibility to ensure all products are properly installed by a qualified technician and inspected prior to each use.

Improper installation, modification, misuse, or failure to follow instructions may result in serious injury or death. The user assumes all responsibility for proper installation, operation, and maintenance.

Critical Safety Notice (Brake Components)

Certain products sold by Forged Racing, including brake systems and components, are critical safety parts. Improper installation, maintenance, or use may result in brake failure, serious injury, or death.

All brake-related components must be installed and inspected by a qualified technician before use and regularly maintained. You assume all risks associated with the use of these components.

Minor Use Disclaimer

If any product is purchased for or used by a minor (under 18 years of age), the parent or legal guardian assumes all risks and full responsibility for the minor’s use of the product.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forged Racing, its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage, arising from the use or misuse of its products.

No Warranty of Fitness

All products are sold “as is” and “with all faults.” Forged Racing makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to determine the suitability of any product for its intended use.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forged Racing and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use, installation, or misuse of any product.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forged Racing’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to any product shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in California.

Final Acceptance

By purchasing or using any Forged Racing product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer and all associated risks.
