At Forged Racing, we stand behind the products we sell. If you need to return an eligible item, please review the policy below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled
  • Be in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include all original hardware, accessories, and documentation (if applicable)

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of our error or a confirmed defective product, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been fulfilled or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

All approved order cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders reserve inventory specifically for your order.

Approved pre-order cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee and may only be requested before the order has been fulfilled or shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and quality assurance reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Brake components
  • Wheels
  • Suspension components
  • Controllers
  • Batteries
  • Chargers
  • Ignitions
  • Electrical and electronic components
  • Eye protection and eyewear
  • Face protection and helmets
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

Our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees, within several business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
