Forged Racing was born on California trails and race tracks — built by riders who refused to settle for stock. We design and manufacture premium performance upgrades for the next generation of electric moto.
Our Story
It started with a problem every serious e-moto rider knows: the stock parts just don't cut it. Brakes that fade, wheels that flex, ignition systems that let you down mid-ride. We got tired of waiting for someone else to fix it.
So we started building. Brake kits, rotors, wheelsets, foot pegs, mounts, battery guards, titanium hardware, decals, wraps and apparel — for Sur-Ron, Talaria, Tuttio, E-Ride and just about everything else in the e-moto world. Every part gets picked apart for durability and performance before it earns a spot in the lineup. If we wouldn't run it on our own bikes, we don't sell it.

Real People, Not Robots
When you contact us, a person reads it. Not a bot, not a canned reply, not a ticket that disappears into a queue somewhere. We're a small California team and we answer like one. Most messages get a real reply within 24 hours, and if something goes sideways with your order, you'll be talking to someone who can actually fix it.
Fast Out the Door
We ship from California, and orders usually ship the same or next business day. Being based here means domestic orders don't sit in customs or crawl across an ocean. When you order a part on Monday because you want to ride that weekend, that's the whole point.
We Throw In Extras
We're always tossing something in the box — free gifts, goodies, whatever we've got. Every brake kit ships with free gifts included, and beyond that, we just like sending riders more than they paid for. It's not a promotion with fine print. It's how we run.
Returns
If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns and cancellations, including pre-orders. Brake components, chargers, electrical items, wheels, suspension and eye or face wear are final sale for safety reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
