WARNING: OFF-ROAD AND CUSTOM PARTS – USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

By purchasing, installing, or using any product manufactured or sold by Forged Racing, including but not limited to custom front plates, accessories, or performance parts, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk

   Motorsports and related activities are inherently dangerous. The installation and use of aftermarket or performance parts may increase risk of injury, damage, or death. You assume full responsibility and risk for the use of any Forged Racing product.

2. Installation and Use

   Forged Racing parts are intended for off-road use only and may not comply with local, state, or federal laws. It is your responsibility to ensure proper installation by a qualified technician and to inspect all parts prior to each use. Improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow instructions may result in injury or death.

3. Release of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forged Racing, its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including personal injury or property damage) arising from the use or misuse of its products.

4. No Warranty of Fitness

   All products are sold “as is” and “with all faults.” Forged Racing makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. It is your responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for your intended use.

5. Indemnification

   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forged Racing and its affiliates from any claims, actions, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use or installation of the product.
