By purchasing, installing, or using any product manufactured, sold, or distributed by Forged Racing — including but not limited to aftermarket performance parts, replacement components, electrical systems, suspension components, brake components, steering components, accessories, and related products — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not purchase, install, or use any Forged Racing product.
Assumption of Risk
Electric motorcycles, motorsports, and off-road riding are inherently dangerous activities. Aftermarket and performance parts may alter your vehicle's handling, braking, acceleration, speed, power delivery, or overall safety, and may increase the risk of serious injury, property damage, or death.
You voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with the purchase, installation, and use of Forged Racing products.
Off-Road and Closed-Course Use
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Forged Racing products are intended for closed-course competition and off-road use only. They are not represented as street legal or compliant with the requirements for operation on public roads.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether any product complies with the applicable federal, state, local, or foreign laws and regulations that apply to you. Forged Racing makes no representation that any product is legal for use on public roads or in any particular jurisdiction.
Many Forged Racing products are intended solely for racing or competition use and may not comply with applicable emissions, noise, or equipment regulations.
Product Compatibility and Fitment
It is the purchaser's sole responsibility to verify that any product is compatible with their specific vehicle make, model, year, variant, and configuration before purchasing and before installation. Fitment can vary between platforms and model years (for example, between Talaria, Surron, E-Ride Pro, 79Bike, and their respective variants).
Forged Racing is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or expense resulting from improper fitment, incompatibility, modification, misuse, or incorrect installation.
Installation and Inspection
Products should be installed by a qualified technician. The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring proper installation, compatibility, inspection, maintenance, and safe operation of all products.
All products must be inspected prior to each use. Failure to properly install, inspect, or maintain any product may result in equipment failure, loss of vehicle control, serious injury, or death.
Brake, Steering, Suspension, and Other Safety-Critical Components
Brake systems, steering components, suspension components, throttle and control components, and other safety-related parts are safety-critical. Improper installation, maintenance, or use of these components may result in loss of vehicle control, equipment failure, serious injury, or death.
All safety-critical components must be installed and inspected by a qualified technician before use and inspected regularly and prior to each use thereafter. You assume all risks associated with the use of these components.
Electrical, Electronic, and Performance-Modification Products
Certain Forged Racing products — including but not limited to speed limiters and speed-limit switches, sensor delete kits, ignition and RFID systems, controllers, wiring, and related electrical or electronic components — are designed to modify or bypass factory settings, safety systems, speed governance, or manufacturer configurations.
Use of these products may:
- alter or remove factory speed, power, or safety limitations;
- change the vehicle's acceleration, top speed, or power delivery in ways that increase risk;
- void or invalidate your vehicle manufacturer's warranty; and
- render the vehicle non-compliant with applicable laws or regulations.

You acknowledge these effects and voluntarily assume all associated risks. It is your responsibility to determine whether the installation and use of any such product is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Minor Use
If any product is purchased for, installed for, or used by a person under the age of 18, the parent or legal guardian assumes all risks and accepts full responsibility for the minor's use of the product, and agrees to supervise such use.
No Warranty
Except where otherwise required by applicable law, all products are sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forged Racing disclaims all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. It is the purchaser's responsibility to determine the suitability of any product for its intended use.
Any manufacturer warranties that may apply are provided solely by the applicable manufacturer and not by Forged Racing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forged Racing and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, suppliers, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages — including but not limited to personal injury, death, property damage, loss of use, or financial loss — arising from or relating to the purchase, installation, use, or misuse of any product, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forged Racing's total maximum liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for that product.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Forged Racing and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your purchase, installation, use, or misuse of any product, or your breach of this disclaimer.
International Orders and Mandatory Consumer Rights
Forged Racing ships internationally. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts, or limits any right or remedy you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country, state, or region of residence. Where such laws apply and cannot lawfully be waived, they take precedence over any conflicting term in this disclaimer, and the remaining terms continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted.
Governing Law and Venue
This disclaimer shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any legal action arising from or relating to the purchase or use of Forged Racing products shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This venue provision does not override any non-waivable right you have to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction under applicable consumer-protection law.
Severability and Survival
If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The Assumption of Risk, No Warranty, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification provisions survive any termination of the relationship between you and Forged Racing.

Where required by law, applicable Proposition 65 warnings will also be provided on the relevant product pages or packaging.
No Professional Advice
Information provided by Forged Racing, including product descriptions, installation guides, videos, emails, or customer support, is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional mechanical or engineering advice.
Acceptance
By purchasing, installing, using, or permitting another person to use any Forged Racing product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Liability Disclaimer and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the product.
